Faulty Items
In the rare event that one of our items shows up with a manufacturing fault, we're deeply sorry. You've got 30 days from the delivery date to inform us. Shoot us an email at info@coochiekoo.com or use our Contact Us page, making sure to include photos of the fault and your order number.

Once we've assessed and confirmed the fault, usually within 24 hours, we'll issue a refund in the form of store credit or a gift card. Because, when we goof up, we like to make it right - the Coochie Koo way!

Change of Mind
Though we wish you'll fall in love with our collection, we know that tastes can vary. Regrettably, due to the intimate nature of our products, we can't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. But never fear, our team is always ready to guide you!

Undeliverable Orders
If your package decided to take an unplanned holiday and returned to us, don't stress! We'll either issue a store credit or arrange to have your order reshipped. You choose!

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns for sale items, swimwear, or intimate pieces.
